TJN Products produce components and turn parts in small to medium batch sizes in most materials with our speciality being centred on the machining of customer supplied plastic mouldings. We provide our services via CNC machining,milling,tapping and drilling in a range of materials including brass,aluminium,stainless steel,tool steel and a whole range of plastics.
Our most recent focus and core of our business is the machining and supplying of special contoured washers and spacers in various plastics to customer designs and specific requirements. We can machine our washers up to a 200mm diameter in materials such as Nylon,Acetal/Delrin,polycarbonate,Polypropylene,ABS,and PVC. Â
We also offer a full sub contract assembly service as well as a part assembled service,with particular experience in the product assembly of low to medium volume in a number of materials including plastic,brass and rubber.
